**Class Focus:**

This dynamic boxing class is designed to sharpen your footwork, enhance agility, and improve overall ring control. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fighter, mastering footwork is key to effective offense, defense, and stamina in boxing.

What you’ll need

Boxing/wrestling shoes (or flat-soled sneakers)

- Hand wraps & gloves (for partner drills)

- Water bottle & towel

We'll be working on

- **Basic & Advanced Stances:** Proper weight distribution and balance.

- **Lateral & Angular Movement:** Pivoting, side-stepping, and cutting angles.

- **Rhythm & Timing:** Syncing footwork with punches for fluid combinations.

- **Defensive Maneuvers:** Back-stepping, circling, and evasive techniques.
