- Mouthguard (optional but encouraged for drills)

We'll be working on

- **Rhythm & Timing:** Dodging punches while staying balanced and offensive-ready.
- **Counterpunching Drills:** Turning defense into offense with precise return shots.

- **Reaction Training:** Partner drills, mitt work, and reflex-based exercises.
- **Common Mistakes:** Over-leaning, dropping hands, and telegraphing movement.
